Time to play. Time to dance.

Play is an exercise in wordplay - a play on words. The lyrics use Shona, Swahili & English to explore movement and play. The voice is set against a heavy rhythmic undertow, imploring the listener to move and be moved - to reclaim their right to engage in simple acts of fun in a world that doesn’t encourage play for the sake of it.
